What does the Balance Assessment involve?
We visit your space, observe how it's being used, and note what the room itself seems to want — in terms of proportion, light, and arrangement. You'll receive a written assessment and a set of curated visual references within a week. It's a starting point, not a commitment to more.
Do I need to have a clear idea of what I want?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with just a sense that something is off — a room that doesn't feel right, or a new space they don't know what to do with. Part of our work is helping you articulate what you actually want, not just executing what you think you should ask for.
How long does a full design project take?
The Balanced Design Package typically spans 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the space. The Smooth Execution phase, if you continue to that stage, adds another 8 to 14 weeks. These timelines are realistic and give room for decisions to be made with care.
Can I engage just one service without committing to the others?
Yes. Each service stands on its own. The Assessment gives you something useful even if you never proceed further. The Design Package delivers complete specifications you could take to any contractor. Smooth Execution is available to those who have a design ready to implement, regardless of who created it.
What areas in Kuala Lumpur do you cover?
We primarily work within Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Projects further afield are considered on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch and we'll let you know whether we can accommodate your location.
What's included in the pricing?
All fees listed are for professional design services. Furniture, materials, and contractor costs are separate and will be detailed in the specification documents we provide. We maintain transparency at every stage — there are no hidden additions.
